What is the difference between the Standard License and Enterprise License?
The Standard License is designed to cover most uses on the internet. The Standard License covers the use of 1 Item (ie the music) in 1 End Product (Video, Podcast, Etc.). This End Product can be distributed on social media platforms and/or put on your own website.
The Enterprise License is designed for distribution that goes beyond typical posting to social media.
What does the Standard License not cover?
The Standard License does not cover use of the Item in a Logo, or as hold music. Likewise, it does not cover using the Item in radio, broadcasting, video games, or live performance.
Also, an Enterprise License is needed if the Item will be used in connection with sensitive subjects.

Do I need to register the Item with YouTube Content ID?
Currently, Blue Pine Studios does not have its content registered under YouTube Content ID. Should this change, you will receive an email with instructions on how to clear the copyright claim.
Can I use the Item in a live performance?
Live Performance Licensing can be obtained with an Enterprise License.
Can I modify or remix the Item with a Standard License?
Feel free to cut, fade, loop, and minimally adjust the BPM of the Item as needed. Sampling (ie the reuse of a portion (or sample) of a sound recording in another musical recording) is only allowed under an Enterprise License.
Can I use the Item in a video game with the Standard License?
Licensing to use the Item in a video game can be obtained through an Enterprise License.
Can I use the Item in a television or radio commercial?
Broadcasting and Radio Licensing can be obtained under an Enterprise License.
Can I transfer the license to another person or company?
The Licensee can be designated at the time of purchase.
